Delicious, start to end with wonderful service from the staff. Our entrees were tasty (oysters, beef tartare, crab bruschetta, potato cakes). We had a whole flounder, and the pork for mains w sides such as the cabbage and frites. Would have loved to tried the pasta. The space is gorgeous without being pretentious, it had a laid back but refine vibe. The highlight was even saying hi to Karen herself, and wishing that bbq sauce was bottled up and sokd. Would highly recommend and we'd come back!

The food was great ... delicious flavours. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Don't quite understand why the radical change, decor and menu wise, from Saint to Saint George as it used to be really good.

Perfectly golden and precisely seasoned, Kosta’s fluffy potato scallops are a brilliant add-on to its signature sandwiches or a lunch event in their own right. How come no one ever thought to serve scallops with hot chilli-spiked honey before now?

It’s about time that the Saint lived up to its potential. It’s a great space with a great atmosphere when it’s full of people. The service was professional and attentive, the food arrived in a timely manner despite how busy it was. We could not fault the mains - pasta marinara and a long bone pork chop were excellent. Looking forward to many return visits

As a local, I’ve always been disappointed in the offering of this joint but now no longer. It delivers on everything. Karen Martini and her crew have done a fab job of relaunching this place with a really good (but not extensive) menu. The decor is excellent with the Grill restaurant seating providing a great view of the kitchen and chefs’ hard at work. The wine and cocktail list is ample and service exemplary. My party of 4 dined on the potato cakes, spanner crab bruschetta and fritto misto and followed up with flounder, rib eye, chips and chilli carrots for main. We ended the meal with cheese, pavlova and gelato. There is not one dish we wouldn’t reorder again. We will be back for more.
